In this workshop we will educate your opening bar team on the basics of beer, wine, vodka, gin, tequila, rum, whisk(e)y and liqueurs as well as the techniques (i.e. shaking, stirring, building rounds) and subtleties (i.e. soft sales, sequence of service) of working behind a bar to create efficient staff with integrity. We will also train them how to make the specialty cocktails that were designed for the bar. Price varies on staff size and length of training. Minimum 5 hours.
